My Nutrition consultations are not
about dieting, you will not be asked to go on a diet and when you are
successful you should not need to go on the latest fad diet again. How
much of this is true is up to you. My Nutritional Therapy is
about eating well but also about correcting any deficiencies, improving
digestion and eliminating toxins and waste. I can also help with weight
loss, bloating and allergies.

A good diet is one that provides sufficient amounts of all the essential

The process is very easy and simple. I will provide you with a
questionnaire at our initial consultation and we will start to build a
nutritional/lifestyle plan based around your requirements. I will aslo
require a 3 day Food Diary detailing everything you eat and drink. Call
